SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

Knox Concrete Works provides concrete contracting services, including driveways, patios, retaining walls, stamped and decorative concrete, hardscapes, pavers, masonry, and related services.

Our SMS messaging program sends messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided their phone number and explicitly opted in to receive text messages from Knox Concrete Works.

Messages may include:

  • Quote and estimate follow-ups

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Scheduling and rescheduling updates

  • Project-related communications

  • Customer support messages

  • Service follow-ups

  • Promotional messages where separately consented to

2. Cancellation Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time.

Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages.

After you send STOP, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to receive messages again, you may opt in again using the same method you used originally.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Knox Concrete Works, your service needs, and your appointment or project schedule.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and messages sent from you to us.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is intended to work with major U.S. wireless carriers and many regional carriers.

Message delivery is subject to the availability and technical capabilities of your wireless carrier.
